BADAIN SL is the owner of some valve related patents in the USA and other countries, including:
– A globe valve with double cage and plug which is a very simplified design of multistaged trim giving very high capacity and Fl values close to 1.
– An improved design of axial valve, with a streamlined body (for maximum capacity) and a multiplier drive mechanism (for lower size, faster operation actuators) very well suited recommended in gas pipelines booster stations and compressor surge control
– An innovative valve trim (so are called the internal wetted parts of a valve) featuring a disc stack cage, which greatly improves existing designs, in both, pressure recovery and capacity (high Fl and Cv values).
The last one is a breakthrough in critical severe service control valves.
It has been designed to suppress cavitation and reduce greatly the level of noise. Prototypes have been successfully tested.
It has been granted the USP and Trademark Office Nº 9115824.
This brand new design can be fitted into any existing control valve body.
